Privacy Policy — English

eDnevnik plus MK is an independent extension for ednevnik.edu.mk. It is not an official product of eDnevnik or the Ministry. Last updated: 26 October 2026.

Information we process

For access approval, our server stores your eDnevnik email address, display name, school and extension version, together with access status and related timestamps. Teaching-plan Word files are read locally on your device.

Optional AI: Claude by Anthropic

When you choose the AI reading feature (such as “Lexo me AI”), the extension sends a limited sample of your teaching plan to our Cloudflare server. The sample can include the file name, selected introductory paragraphs, initial table rows, table sizes and your selected language. The server sends this sample to Claude, provided by Anthropic, to identify the structure and columns of the plan. A previously cached result may be reused without a new Anthropic request. This feature does not upload the complete Word file.

Your email address and access token are used by our server to authorize the request; they are not included in the sample sent to Anthropic. However, any personal information written inside the sampled file name, paragraphs or table cells may be included. Do not use this feature with plans containing student names, grades, attendance records or other sensitive personal information.

Service providers and third parties

• Cloudflare: hosts the server and stores access records, configuration and cached AI mapping results. Requests pass through Cloudflare; the Worker uses the request IP address for rate limiting.
• Anthropic: processes the teaching-plan sample when you request AI analysis.
• Web3Forms: processes your email address, phone number, message and selected language when you submit the website contact form.

We do not sell your data. Data is shared with these service providers as needed to deliver the functions described above. The statement about not sharing data in the summaries below does not exclude this service-provider processing.

Storage and your choices

Access records remain stored until deleted by the administrator. Cached AI mapping results expire after up to 400 days. You can use local document processing without choosing the optional AI feature. To request deletion of your access record or ask about privacy, use the contact form. The form asks for your email address, phone number and message.

Shtojca është një mjet i pavarur dhe nuk është produkt zyrtar i eDnevnik-ut apo i Ministrisë.

• Çfarë ruhet në server: email-i me të cilin je kyçur në eDnevnik, emri yt (siç shfaqet në eDnevnik), shkolla dhe versioni i shtojcës – vetëm për miratimin e qasjes.
• Planet mësimore: skedarët Word lexohen në kompjuterin tënd. Vetëm kur zgjedh "Lexo me AI", serverit i dërgohen rreshtat e parë të tabelave të planit (pa të dhëna nxënësish) për të gjetur kolonat.
• Të dhënat e nxënësve (notat, mungesat, emrat) nuk dërgohen kurrë në server; shtojca punon vetëm brenda eDnevnik-ut.

• Sunucuda saklananlar: eDnevnik'e giriş yaptığın e-posta, adın (eDnevnik'te göründüğü gibi), okulun ve eklenti sürümü – yalnızca erişim onayı için.
